Portable Building Sizes
Portable Buildings typically follow these sizes. 12’ wide and 16’ wide portable buildings are measured eave to eave due to on road permitting requirements. 8’, 10’, and 14’ buildings are all measured wall to wall width. Each style of building will have a price sheet that shows the sizes and relevant prices for that style.
10ft wide Utility Style buildings measure 10ft 2-1/2 in wide wall to wall. The eaves stick out a little more. They measure 11 feet 2 in high
12 feet wide Utility Style buildings measure 11ft 4.5 inches wall to wall with the eaves sticking out a bit more. They are 11 4.5 inches tall.
10 ft wide Lofted barn measure 10ft 2.5in wall to wall with the eaves measuring a bit more. Height 11ft 10.5in tall.
12 ft wide Lofted barn measures 11ft 4in wide with the eaves measuring more. The height is 11ft 10.5in
Site-Built Shed Sizes
At this time, we are still working towards building on site. Please bear with us as we finalize the process and keep checking back in as we will be posting updates.
Customize your shed with these options!
Custom building a shed costs the same as getting one off of our lot unless you add or subtract options. Simply choosing your own paint color from our samples or moving the standard amount of door and windows incurs no extra charge.

Completion Time:
Because we are building a shed just for you with your options instead of modifying our existing buildings, it generally takes about 3-5 weeks to build your shed and get your portable storage shed delivered to your property.
Interior Options:
We have many interior options for our storage sheds to choose from. Shelves, workbenches, and electrical kits are the most popular additions customers choose to add to their backyard workshop.

Fully customize the colors of your shed by choosing the Roof, Siding, and Trim colors from our samples or simply provide us with the Sherwin Williams color of your choice and we can paint your outdoor garden sheds to match whatever you like! The sky is the limit! We are happy to assist you in choosing colors that go well together.
